New John Ball Zoo Goat Gymnasium Uses ProWood Treated Lumber

Two goats crossing a bridge made out of ProWood treated lumber.

In March, a crew with Wolverine Building Group constructed a goat enclosure and gymnasium at John Ball Zoo in Grand Rapids, Michigan. ProWood lumber was used in the majority of the project including the goat platforms, railings, and posts. The weather was ideal for construction; 65° and sunny! See the project images below.

After the project, the ProWood team was able to catch the goats in action enjoying their renovated space. The gymnasium platform structure was built with ProWood pressure-treated and cedar-tone lumber.

The ProWood crew thanks John Ball Zoo for letting us come to their facility and Wolverine Building Group for letting us capture their project!
